Job Brief:


An Export Executive is responsible for managing all the processes in the export department of a company also plans and coordinates the international shipment of goods.

During the course of their work, they may negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents and vendors, and are expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers/buyers.

Their work includes preparation & management of all shipment related documents, interpret export ?nancing methods and terms of payment, handle the Central Excise/Customs Clearance:
Regulations, Procedures and Documentation.

An export executive needs to have thorough knowledge of Indian and Foreign trade policies & operations to ensure effective management of the exports business.


Job Responsibility:

Handle and process all export documents - Application of permits/Costings/Bank Documents etc.
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments. Liaising with suppliers and necessary teams on all documentation required for clearing of shipments.
Updating and following up on outstanding orders with overseas suppliers
Understand customer needs and requirements
Sourcing & Acquisition of new clients under the tutelage of the HOD
In charge of Sales Reports and Stock Analysis
In charge of Sales Forecast and Follow-up calls
Ensure Complete Deliveries on Time
Administer all sales processes to ensure adherence to all sales results.
Ensure optimal level of all sales services to customers and distributors.
Evaluate all customer issues and provide optimal solutions to all resolve same.
Manage all export sales and ensure compliance to all procedures of organisation.
Handling quotations, co-ordination with various department like finance & accounts, Production, Purchase for various export activities.
Coordinate with marketing department for various marketing activities.
Creating & updating database
Evaluate all customer issues and provide optimal solutions to all resolve same.
