IT & ERP Co-ordinator

Roles and Responsibilities-
Ø Incumbent will be responsible for providing complete IT Support in terms of managing IT-System and ERP infrastructure spread across HO and all sites,

Ø Business ERP Software Implementation knowledge, User Training, Report Development, Functional Support

Ø Web Based ERP Software, Human Resource Management, Inventory management, Purchase Management, Stores Management, Employee Self Service, RMC-Crusher-Bitumen Production Management, Project Management, Machinery/Vehicle Management, CRM Implementation, 3rd Party API Integration, and Tally Support etc.

Ø Installation & maintenance of IT equipment's/ Services including printers, Digital Copier machines, scanners, Desktop, Laptop, Internet Security, Antivirus Server, Linux CentOS Server, Windows Server 2019, SQL Server, LAN, VAN, Advance CCTV / DVR equipment's & Backup process, ESSL Biometric, Weighbridge and patrolling devices, Thin clients and Workstations.

Ø Manage IT related Purchases, Asset management and inventory record keeping of all technology hardware, software and other resources.

Ø Develop appropriate IT policies for ensuring data security and efficient operations, Group policy and user policy.

Ø Develop and Maintain company's website

Ø Full Active Directory integration with appropriate Group Policies for all users and computers at the head office and remote sites.

Ø Monitoring Licenses, Servers & Systems to optimize performance, develop and validate stepped installation, maintenance and recovery procedures Implement latest technology initiatives to improve productivity and reduce cost

Ø Lead the ERP implementation and coordinate among various depts. and advise management on important IT related issues

Ø Ensure proper maintenance of IT infrastructure of company in order to ensure minimum downtime and provide 24 x 7 support

Ø Networking:
Setup, Configuration & Administration of Router, Switch, Modem, Firewall backup & management, Access Point, LAN cabling,

Ø Implementation and maintenance of network between remote sites & optimizing network performance

Ø IP addressing

Ø Providing 1st / 2nd line support to user's.
RF link configuration & maintenance.

Ø NAS Storage data permission setup. Manage all companies' events and provide support related to IT Infrastructure.

Any graduate preferably Polytechnic Diploma/ B.E. (Comp. Sci.), M.C.A. or M.Sc. (IT) or similar

Certified in CCNA and MCSA with more than 05 years' experience in IT field, age range 28-40 years

Should have handled IT infrastructure ( 40+ Systems) and have good experience to Support Employees, Set-up new advance technologies Should have sound knowledge of Knowledge of IT systems and latest IT concepts and technologies Should have handled IT team in a medium sized corporate having multiple locations and business verticals Other Skills/Competencies Troubleshooting & problem solving skills, Quick learner, Leadership skills, Self-Initiative, excellent communication skills, analytical ability, ability to deliver under pressure, handle ambiguity
