Job Description:


  • 1. To independently handle Companies Act audits, tax audits and all other work relating to audits including filing of forms and preparation of all reports
  • To be able to do all Registrar of companies work like incorporation of companies and LLP, filing of statutory forms, filing of annual ROC returns
  • To prepare and file GST returns, GST annual returns and conduct GST audits
  • To be able to finalize books of accounts of business and prepare the tax returns
  • To prepare and file TDS returns including replying to TDS notices
  • Prepare submissions for Tax assessments and file the replies for tax assessments and scrutiny.
