Job details for PR Junior Executive:
We are seeking a Junior Public Relations Executive (Jr. PR Manager) to nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and media relations programs.

Responsibilities:

Develop a communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
Developing a media relations strategy, seeking highlevel placements in print, broadcast and online media
Coordinate public r

elations activities

Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
Manage media inquiries and interview requests
Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
Visiting clients and meeting them for service delivery and satisfaction.
Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
The person should be well versed with media in sectors like IT, Technology, startup firms, HR consultancies, corporate houses.
Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
Besides media pitching and generating leads for clients, the person would also be managing and handling media team of 3 to 4 executives as the team manager.

Requirements:

Proven working experience in public relations required.
Proven track record of designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level.
Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Event planning experience.
BA/MA degree in Mass Communications or a related discipline.
