Job Description:


Position Overview

Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Working with the area leads you will help with the smooth running of the recruitment process.
  • Manage data integrity of applicant tracking system and ensuring that all recruitment activity is via the system
  • Managing the job approval process via the system
  • Ensuring all roles are advertised, internally and externally as well as relevant jobsites
  • Generate reports on specific HR metrics, as needed
  • Ensuring the invoicing is processed correctly
  • Working with HRBPs and the wider team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Building relationships with other recruitment coordinators to ensure that best practice is followed across the teams

Qualifications:


  • Experience as a coordinator within Recruitment or Talent Acquisition function
  • Aptitude to prioritise a high volume, fast changing workflow
  • Selfmotivated, organized, detailedoriented and ability to work independently
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Skilled relationship management skills and collaboration capability
  • Ability to prioritise workload which is coming from several teams
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to continue career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
