Customer Success Executive - Noida, India - Web Bee Technology
Description
Provide introductory Demo to prospective customers while using frequently used case of apps.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains & organize customer interaction records by updating account information and using internal tools & technologies.
- Follow WebBee's standard communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and escalate the queries to CSM for further followups. Requirements
- Experience 2+ years' experience in IT / Internet Industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with US geography & SaaS is a plus. Benefits
