Responsibilities:


  • Work with different teams on the Programme in order to capture and report on regular governance meetings
  • Responsible to track Financials and Resources at a Programme level
  • Work with project managers on the different workstreams in order to provide an accurate view of the Programme progress
  • Act as a liaison between the Programme and the Central PMO team
  • Support Programme lead in some of the governance to support mobilisation of the newer workstreams
  • Support Programme lead in some of the ad hoc requests to provide information to Senior Management
Roles Requirements

  • PMO experience
  • Experience working following an Agile methodology
  • Work experience in a Banking and Financial Markets context
  • Demonstrate a continual desire to implement "strategic" or "optimal" solutions and where possible, avoid workarounds or short term tactical solutions
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure that negative customer and business impacts are avoided
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that robust communication and escalation mechanisms are in place across the project portfolio

Experience:


  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
  • Proven track record of managing other PMO/working in a large team
  • Previous use of Agile tools (Confluence and JIRA)
  • Use of regular PMO tools (Excel, PPT,Sharepoint, MS Project)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong selfstarter with strong change delivery skills who enjoys the challenge of delivering change within tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience of working in data programmes preferable
  • Enthusiastic and energetic problem solver to join an ambitious team
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a multiprogramme environment across a range of stakeholders
