Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


Inside Sales:


  • Nurture leads through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closure.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions effectively.

SEO Expertise:


  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the company's online presence and visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and recommend onpage and offpage optimizations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and search engine algorithms to ensure effective SEO practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.

Technical Understanding:


  • Leverage engineering background to comprehend and communicate technical aspects of products or services.
  • Work closely with the product development team to stay informed about new features and enhancements.
  • Translate technical information into customerfriendly language during sales interactions.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a technical or engineeringfocused environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO with a successful track record of improving online visibility and search rankings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
