Job Title:
Collection Executive
Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers to secure payment for overdue accounts.
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements with delinquent customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of collection efforts and customer interactions.
- Adhering to legal and ethical standards in all collection activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in collection dept.
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivables.
