Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

Expert in Autosar based diagnostic and network component development.
Planning and Realizing requirements on diagnostic and network relevant software topics with team.
Well aware of SW development according to ASPICE and other standards.
Connect and Collaborate with cross discipline teams like Application and HW abstraction modules and coordinate topics with in team.
Participate in technical reviews and brain storming sessions organized within the team, counterpart and customer teams to enhance and improve practices.
Act as an interface between customer Projects and AUTOSAR platform.
Provide customer team support for project specific implementation and testing.
Organize technical sync meetings with team to understand topics in detail to moderate and support team.

Requirements:

Strong Knowledge of Autosar
Strong Knowledge in automotive network and diagnostic protocols such as CAN, LIN, Flexray, Ethernet, J1939, UDS, OBD II
Proficiency in embedded C programming language.
Good knowledge of the SW development life cycle
Automotive Embedded Knowledge / Experience
Excellent Communication and presentation skills
Background in automotive systems is desirable
Programming experience in C, C#, C++, Python, Perl. Expertise in CAPL
Knowledge / experience with Quality process & Safetystandards

Soft skill requirements

Ability to work & collaborate with team for planning activities & technical sync.
Active listening & Efficient communication with team.
Efficient in problem solving & delegating topics.
Conscious in foreseeing risks in topics with team.
Identify & Plan trainings to team on technologies for topics in pipeline.

Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters in Electronics & Communications/Electronics/Electrical/Computer engineering
