Roles & Responsibilities:

Forward Tracking & Reverse tracking through Vamaship, Ship rocket, Blitz
COD remittance
Order pending, Order processing issues, dispatches on uniware
Daily Stock sheet update
Customer Care team issues return & dispatches issues followup
Reverse Booking from customer
Daily Ops & Monthly MIS Report
Invoices checking of Uniware, Logistics & 3 PL
Sales return & RTO
Coordinate with Market places regarding order processing & dispatch
Checking weight disputes from courier end

Requirements and Skills:

- **2 to 3 yrs of relevant work experience

Proficient in Advance Excel & Uniware Software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle pressure & Multitasking Skills
Coordination with Management, Logistics personnel and Market Place Team.

Location - Lower Parel, Mumbai

Salary - 30k - 40 k Per Month

Pay:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
