WORK IN OFFICE

Experience: 2-5 Yrs

Salary: 25-30k (2.40 to 3 LPA )

Working Days:
Mon. To Sat.

Working Time:
on Sat. 10am to 5:30pm and rest days 10am to 6:30pm

Job Description of Purchase Executive:
Raw Material.
1.
Reviewed and approved purchase orders before ordering goods.

  • Processed purchasing requests and maintained purchasing logs.
  • Contacted vendors to obtain price quotes and performed negotiations
  • Ensured that all purchase operations were performed in accordance with company policies and procedures

Followed up on delivery schedules, payment delays, and invoice queries
6.
Managed delivery schedules and status of goods
7.
Coordinated with suppliers to ensure that goods are delivered on time
8.
Inspected goods for any defects and missing parts

  • Follow up with the factory for reaching material on time.

Providing Cost sheet feedback of overall product cost

  • Maintenance of alternate vendors

. Releasing of Tax invoices for payment

  • Handle material related complain
  • Checking material release from the system along with stock confirmation

Analysis of Short expiry and expired material data and plan further line of action

  • Cost evaluation of items time to time

7. Import material and follow all the procedural part (Not mandatory)

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
