JOB ROLE -Business Development Executive/ Hair Coach

Traya is a fast-growing health tech company that focuses on managing chronic issues for the millennials. Traya was launched in Nov, 2020 after rigorous clinical and market research.

We started our journey with managing hair loss and we are laterally moving into other chronic issues such as cholesterol, Gut issues, Hormonal issues.

Our only goal is to help our patients manage their ailments. We are science agnostic
- we are big fans of data backed science, be it ayurveda, allopathy or nutrition.

Current Job location is Goregaon East, no work from home.

New Office is in Malad Mindspace.


Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Calling customers to check if their treatment is on track and give expert advice.

  • Good spoken English skills with Hindi Fluency

Salary:
₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
