Our Customer Success Managers (CSM) is the face of our product to the Client and is instrumental in enabling the "Expand" in the "land and expand" strategy.

The CSM will be playing a critical role in the implementation and post implementation phase of Crux Intelligence

The CSM will be partnering with the Data Engineering team and Product team while interacting with clients throughout the implementation process to ensure a successful client launch of Crux Intelligence.

This will include ensuring encapsulated clients' needs and requirements and translating into actions for execution by the Data Engineering team.

The CSM will monitor the timeline of all deliverables throughout the implementation period and will apprise the client team of delays or needs for escalation.

The person filling this role will also be responsible for the roll-out of Crux Intelligence for various use-cases at the Client organization.

The CSM will need to work closely with the Client to deliver kick-offs, training post the implementation.

Upon completion of implementation, the CSM will ensure that the Implementation is monitored appropriately and is in line with the client's expectations.

The CSM will monitor usage, conduct reviews, and understand if there is scope for expansion within the Client account. This position requires a blend of project management, technical and strong analytical, skills. The person will also be trained in the features of Crux Intelligence.
This role is based in our Mumbai Office.


Responsibilities:


  • Advise client on data quality requirements for Crux Intelligence
  • Enable the Crux implementation through project management, client usecase requirement documentation.
  • Facilitate discussions between the Solution Architect, Client Engineering teams during an implementation
  • Design relevant Crux Intelligence artifacts (ask, trackboards,nudges) that will help drive desired enduser experience
  • Establish working relationships with the relevant client sponsors
  • Post implementation, conduct weekly meetings with Client Program Managers to ensure support, training, give feedback to Product team on enhancements needed, usage analysis, possible newer avenues of expansion / retention
  • Schedule and present a Quarterly Business Review with the client covering account growth
  • Work on creating case studies out of the Client Engagement

Requirements:


  • This position requires the ability to quickly understand the client's requirements and the client's key business imperatives and translate them into the Implementation
  • 3+ years of managing Data Analytics projects
  • Good presentation skills in Power point
  • Exposure to SQL ETL tools, Python
