Responsibilities:

Character Sketching
Create original character sketches that align with the project's objectives, target audience, and brand identity.

Develop characters that resonate with the intended demographic, reflecting relevant emotions, traits, and attributes.

Collaborate with the creative team to refine character concepts based on feedback and project requirements.

Coloring and Visual Styling
Incorporate shading, highlights, and texture to add depth and dimension to illustrations.

Stay updated with design trends and techniques to enhance visual appeal and maintain a contemporary look.

Technology and Digital Marketing Integration

Understand the technological and digital marketing aspects of the projects to ensure that illustrations align with the context and purpose.

Infuse technical elements into character designs where relevant, making them relatable to technology-focused audiences.

Website and Video Integration
Collaborate with web designers and video editors to seamlessly integrate illustrations into websites and video content.

Provide assets in the appropriate formats and resolutions to ensure optimal display and performance across digital platforms.

Concept Development

Work closely with project managers, content creators, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and develop visual concepts that effectively communicate key messages.

Translate abstract ideas and concepts into visually appealing and understandable illustrations.

Revision and Feedback
Accept and incorporate constructive feedback from team members and clients to refine illustrations and achieve the desired outcomes.

Iterate on designs to ensure the final product meets project goals and expectations.

File Management and Organization
Maintain well-organized files and assets to facilitate collaboration and future use.

Qualifications:

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of character sketches, illustrations, and color work, with an emphasis on technology-related themes.

Proficiency in digital illustration tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software.

Understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition.

Ability to adapt illustration styles to suit different project requirements.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of web and video design principles is a plus.

A keen interest in technology trends, digital marketing, and online media.

Education

A bachelor's degree in illustration, graphic design, fine arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. A strong portfolio and relevant experience will be key factors in the selection process.

Salary:
From ₹2,000,000.00 per year
