Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify technology solutions that can improve operational efficiency, enhance productivity, and support business growth.
Infrastructure Management:
Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and other hardware and software systems. Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT resources.
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, including system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure enhancements. Define project scope, allocate resources, and manage timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Develop and manage the IT department's budget. Monitor expenses, negotiate with vendors, and optimize costs without compromising quality and service levels.
Team Management:
Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure high performance and professional development. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Security and Compliance:
Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's IT systems and data from cyber threats. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR or industry-specific requirements.
Vendor Management:
Evaluate and select technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships. Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and hold vendors accountable for delivering quality services and support.
Stakeholder Communication:
Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their technology needs and align IT initiatives with their requirements. Communicate IT strategies, project updates, and system changes effectively to ensure organizational buy-in.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex IT issues and incidents. Ensure timely response to user inquiries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT leadership role, preferably as an IT Manager or similar position.
- Strong technical knowledge across a wide range of IT domains, including networks, systems, databases, security, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and best practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
