Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Medical Representative to join our team at Ekyana Retreat. Our wellness centre specializes in offering products and services rooted in Naturopathy and Ayurveda practices.

As a Medical Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our offerings to medical professionals, clinics, and hospitals, fostering relationships, and driving sales in the healthcare market.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to promote and sell our naturopathy and Ayurveda products to medical professionals, clinics, and hospitals.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the healthcare industry.
Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our offerings.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling efforts.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities and threats.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of products and services.
Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
Travel required for performing job
Proven track record of success in medical sales or a similar role.
Thorough understanding of the healthcare industry and proficiency in medical terminology.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Selfmotivated with the capacity to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Effective problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Willingness to travel as required for business needs.

Work Type:
Work on site (Travel required)

Experience: 1-3 yrs. (in relevant field only)

Office Timings: 9:00 am - 6:30 pm

Working days: 6 days working

Salary:
Rs. 15,000 - Rs.28,000 + incentives based on performance

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
