Exp. Min. 2-5 Year (Hospital Industry)

  • Will be responsible to handle inbound calls from the patients/complainant and direct them towards concerned medical practitioners.
  • Applicants must enjoy working in a fastpaced environment and be able to thrive under pressure to ensure maximum tickets are closed.
  • Should have good interpersonal skills and ability to understand the consultation requirement and based on the same should be able to give recommendations.
  • Strong Inbound / Outbound call handling potential.
  • Should have Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
  • Should be open minded and ready to learn.
  • Followup with callers & internal team.

Job Types:

Salary:
Up to ₹16,000.00 per month

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
