Description
Good understanding of databases and digital and paper filing systems- Proficiency in data capturing and office management software such as MS Office and Google Suite, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Excel Report Preparation
- Very good written and spoken skills in English
- Very good followup skills & Coordination Skills
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting proofreading correspondence, and conducting research
- Performing clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed, Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail.
