Garments Sweaters Inwards- Coordinate with vendors/transporter/ fob to achieve required inward target and OTIF

  • Issue PO to vendors within 15days of placing orders
Developments- Coordinate with vendors to achieve timely delivery of yardages, and On time in full desk looms

  • Issue sampling PO to vendors within 15days of placing indents Need to travel to Get new Developments.
Imports- Manage Import Logistics efficiently from end to end till documents are settled

  • Arrange documents from vendors for inward of bulk in factory and maintaining OTIF
  • Maintain complete set of documents required for Purchase like Indent file, Approval File, Import Data and BOE etc.
Vendor Payments & MIS- Ensure proper documentation of all Vendor Payments

  • Updation of complete data in systems like Cordys, PLM, SAP
  • Reconciliation of 15 Top vendors every 6months and payment follow ups of the vendors

Qualifications:

Any Graduate


Minimum Experience Level:

3-6 Years
