Description

We are looking for a creative and imaginative architect interior designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects from concepts to completion.

An interest in changing trends in design in detail is a must.

SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITES:

Knowledge of placing a project layout with all detail drawings plans & elevations (civil, furniture, plumbing, and electrical), and furniture details.
Knowledge to place a concept of a project.
Knowledge to present a proper estimate with all material specification.
Knowledge to negotiate quotation with vendors.
Knowledge to handle the vendors directly in the project during execution.
Knowledge to execute the project with team in time.
Handle the vendors individually and discuss each factors negotiate the rate as per budget require.
Supervise all projects and coordinate with team and give detail schedules

- bar charts how to progress for each consider projects.

Control the maintenance staff.

11. prepare a total layout with proper equipment set up and calcuate the total load for the same.

Responsible to place the proper fund requirement for all the total project.
Responsible to make the choosing for the material considering the budget.
Present presentation layout to finalize a project with all details and proper estimation.
Interact with the client and present the proper perspective drawings to get the client approval.
To finalize each and every material to the client and place best negotitated rate.
To handle all the vendors and suppliers directly.
To look after design portion of all other projects also.
Undertake design project from concept to completion.
Work closely with the designers decorators, architects, vendors and contractors on sites as well.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proven working experience in decoration interior spaces.
Expertise in layout, color, lighting materials, selection, custom furnitre and all installation.
Hands on experience with auto-cad and other design program
Having excellent portfolio of previous works.
Attention to detail.
Artistic ability, vision and creativity.
