Key Responsibilities:


  • Project management of VE projects.
  • Execute projects with Cost reduction of $1M or more annually.
  • Build project pipeline. Conduct VE workshops with Engineering teams/functions and suppliers.
  • Drive Technical and Financial feasibility of cost reduction ideas.
  • Collaborate with supply chain functions and global teams for horizontal deployment of solutions.
  • Deploy analytical solutions to identify right cost reduction opportunities.
  • Generating Project reports for leadership review.
  • Liaison and collaborate with different functions for above responsibilities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial engineering or similar field is required.
  • Around 5+ years of relevant Industry experience is required.
  • Program Management experience is required.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is desirable.

Knowledge and Experience:


  • Hands on experience on Program management and tools.
  • Experience in leading complex projects with cross functional team.
  • Supply chain, Manufacturing, and project management knowledge.
  • Engineering drawing interpretation knowledge.
  • Should have relevant industry experience of managing projects.
  • Ability to identify and deploy process improvements.
