We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team. The
standards, as well as experience in managing audits for multiple entities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the accounting and auditing processes for our firms at the group level.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations for all entities.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow
statements.

  • Monitor and review general ledger entries and reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
  • Review and coordinate the work of external auditors, including managing audit schedules and
deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and
external auditors.

  • Provide guidance and support to accounting teams across multiple entities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Prepare adhoc reports and analysis for senior management as required.

Qualifications:


  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must.
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in managing accounting and audits.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Experience in managing audits for multiple entities.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
