Overview:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, etc.).
Develop photorealistic renderings that accurately represent design concepts and architectural details.
Participate in design reviews and provide input on visual aspects and presentation techniques.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in architectural visualization to continuously improve skills and workflows.
Assist in the production of presentation materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital presentations.
Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices with colleagues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural visualization or a related field.
Proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, etc.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of 3D visualization projects, including interior and exterior renderings, animations, and virtual tours.
Excellent understanding of lighting, materials, and composition principles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Passion for design and architecture with a desire to push creative boundaries and explore new techniques.

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
