    Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Manager...
    Customer Excellence Data and Analytics at Wells Fargo is looking for an Analytics Manager who will be responsible for supporting projects in Advanced Analytics Team and managing, mentoring a group of analytics consultants/data scientists to support them achieving project milestones and career goals. The CEDA advanced analytics team is responsible to design end to end automated solution using advanced analytics/machine learning to develop data driven review, thematic risk analysis, root cause identification (using NLP), model monitoring and designing interactive visualization dashboard. The candidate is expected to identify opportunities to improve customer experience using advanced analytics/NLP/Generative AI and developing data engineering solutions to address key business problems using multiple source of data.
    In this role, you will:
    • Need to lead analytics/data science projects working closely with business partners across the organization
    • Identify the scope of designing automated solutions to enhance controls in risk/compliance
    • Design scalable automation solutions and data driven reviews using both structured and unstructured data
    • Design, develop and upgrade existing monitoring dashboard in Tableau/Power BI
    • Coach, mentor data scientists/analytics consultant by constant review and ensuring quality deliverables
    • Develop dynamic dashboards; analyze key risk parameters to help understand changes in business performance and improve customer journey
    • Develop robust advanced analytics products with multiple features to do solution engineering to design solutions with large scale data
    • Identify opportunities and deliver process improvements, standardization, rationalization and automations
    • Maintain documentation for implementation and monitoring processes across the team with focus on standardization of controls
    • Provide support on planning and prioritizing work
    • Drive innovation, better solutions, efficiency enhancement for existing and new analytical products
    • Provide assistance in the alignment of operational processes, controls, reporting, and growth strategies to successfully drive effectiveness across deliverables
    • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
    • Essential Qualifications:
    • 15 years of relevant work experience in Analytics and data science projects with strong fundamentals of NLP, text mining, process automation and data science solution engineering
    • 5 years of team management experience with leading a team of atleast 7-10 data scientist/analytics consultants
    • PhD/ Post-graduate from a reputed institution in statistics/economics/computer science/B.Tech background
    • Hands on experience of working with SAS/SQL, Python and advanced Visualisation techniques (Tableau/Power BI)
    • Must have Teradata , Unix and SAS Expertise
    • Hands on experience in handling end-to-end analytical projects starting from problem structuring, solution design, deep-dive, research and final outcome delivery
    • Sound knowledge in project documentation framework
    • Must have consultative skills to have the ability to rationalize business need and solution design from business requirements
    • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.
    • Ability to perform analysis, build hypothesis, draw conclusions and communicate clear, actionable recommendation to business leaders & partners.
    • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
    Desired Qualifications:
    • Min 5+ years of hands on experience in advanced analytics, AI/ML techniques
    • Technically strong and 5+ years experience in SAS/SQL, Python and NLP
    • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
    • Experience in creating Business Intelligence visualizations using Tableau, Power BI
    • Experience developing operational reporting and performing complex data analysis
    • Detail oriented, results driven, and has the ability to navigate in a quickly changing and high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
    • Expected to learn the business aspects quickly, multitask and prioritize between projects.
    • Dedicated, enthusiastic, driven and performance-oriented; possesses a strong work ethic and good team player
