Job Purpose:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales through dealers or distributors. The incumbent

would drive sales in the assigned territory by increasing the no. of dealers and enhancing their capacity.


Responsibilities:

:
To Identify the prospects for new dealer or distributor for retail division

To execute the sales with the help of sales kit.

Book orders on daily basis from the dealers or distributors.

Drives contest for sales achievement for dealers.

Ensuring meets with painters, contractors or architects.

Coordination with production and quality team for feedbacks and improving product quality.

Coordination with product development team for existing product enhancements.

Implementation of marketing activities with the help of team to increase visibility of

organization.

Tracking the payment status with the help of accounts staff and ensuring smooth flow of funds.

Ensuring problem resolution with the help customer care team.

Requisite Skills:
Must have at least 5 to 6 years work experience in dealer development division.

Must have 2 to 3 years work experience in paint industry.

Expert in sales forecasting and negotiations.

Strong financial analysis skill.

Good people synergizing skills.

Team work skills.


Desired Skills:
Computer Knowledgeable person.

Relationship building skills.


Education:
Graduate.

Relevant

Experience:
5 to 7 years in Sales

CTC per annum:
3,00,000 to 5,00,000 + TA DA

Total Experience:
5 to 6 years.

Will travel? 15-18 days Monthly Net Salary: 25,000 to 40,000 + TA & DA

Work time 10am - 7pm PF - Yes

Preferred Sales (Paint Trade, Adhesive, Sanitary, Plywood, Hardware's.)


Salary:

₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
