JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize projects.

2. Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients.

3. Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible.

4. Assisting with planning decisions.

5. Knowledge to define out 3d views.

6. Created both static visualizations and animations CGI (computer generated imagery).

7. Working with industry standard design tools and design and programs.

8. Visualizing building concepts in various graphic mediums.

9. Keeping up to date with relevant software advances.

10. Producing high quality atmospheric visualizations for completion and client presentations.

11. Producing 3D views related to architectural and interior finishing.

13. Rendering 3d studio max and post production in Photoshop.

14. Supporting architectural teams to produce visualizations for presentation.

15. Making samples for productive effective presentations in house as required.

16. Building up specially designed models 2d and 3d for interior design details.

17. Producing image boards and preparing samples boards for the interior design works.

18. 3d perspective and photo realistic high end rendering

19. Solving the toughest design challenges together with the other designers and delivering them pixel perfect.

20. Built and render 3D visualization and for interior and exterior designs with excellent quality.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in 3D's max, Photoshop and V-ray/ corona.
Knowledge of V-ray /Revit/ 3d micro station.
The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, models and concepts.
The ability to achieve high standard 3D views, modeling and texturing concepts.
Create a variety of 3D environment.
Experience in design workouts.
Experience in follow up implementation od 3d design.
Ability to create both high and low poly models.
Experience with physically based rendering.
Excellent eye for lightning, color and details.
Understanding client brand guidelines to ensure design meets client requirements.
Full awareness of architectural and interior design aspects.
Working to deadlines and under pressure.
