The Position

  • The position as DMC Coordinator has global impact and requires efficient collaboration and communication with different professional disciplines.
  • Data Monitoring Committees responsible for all administrative activities from the establishment to the closure of the committees across Safety Surveillance department at Headquarters.
  • HCP Headquarter Tracking Responsible across Global Safety.
  • Contracts for DMC members, DMC service providers, and DMC consultants.

Qualifications

  • Graduation and/or postgraduation in in HR / Business Administration / Finance from renowned institution.
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience within some of the key professional competencies.
  • Comfortable user of Microsoft office package (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly adjust to changes in a continuously developing environment_._

About the Department

  • Global Safety Global Business Service (GS-GBS) was set up in 2010 as one of the hubs for safety case processing. We handle case processing and medical review of Individual Case Safety Reports from different sources (spontaneous, literature, solicited and clinical trials). We are additionally engaged in safety surveillance, safety medical writing, safety report submission, training, quality control of ICSRs, Argus configuration and maintenance, information technology quality assurance, training coordination and literature surveillance activities, including medical literature monitoring.
