Role Description
As a Customer Success Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively addressing their needs.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling our products and services.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and fulfill their requirements.
- Conducting regular checkins with customers to ensure their success and engagement with our offerings.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals
- Experience in customer support and account management
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and identify areas for improvement
- Experience in the health and wellness industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Salary:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
