Role Description
As a Customer Success Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively addressing their needs.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling our products and services.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and fulfill their requirements.
  • Conducting regular checkins with customers to ensure their success and engagement with our offerings.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals
  • Experience in customer support and account management
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and identify areas for improvement
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role:

  • Experience in the health and wellness industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Salary:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
