M.phil with NET / SET or P.hD Degree in Mathematics- Demonstrated excellence in teaching, with a commitment to studentcentered and innovative pedagogical approaches.
- Active engagement in ongoing research, with a record of publications and presentations in reputable academic venues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with students, colleagues, and the broader academic community.
- Ability to contribute to curriculum development, program enhancement, and academic initiatives within the mathematics department.
