The Client Service Specialist is responsible for nurturing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and maximizing their satisfaction.
They serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services or products.
Account Managers also play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients, thus contributing to revenue growth and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.

Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.

Account Planning: Develop strategic account plans in collaboration with clients to outline objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and product development to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.

Client Advocacy: Act as the client's advocate within the organization, ensuring their needs are understood and prioritized.

Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the client engagement, working to find timely and effective solutions.

Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients by promoting additional products or services that align with their needs and goals.

Contract Renewals: Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms as necessary to ensure continued partnership with clients.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess client satisfaction, retention, and overall account health.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and progress reports using CRM software or other designated systems.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

Training and Onboarding: Provide guidance and support to new clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our products or services.
Pay:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
