**We are Hiring for Freshers (International Voice Process)- TECH MAHINDRA** Looking for someone with Excellent Communication Skills and someone who can join us on immediate basis.
Responsibilities:
-
- Should possess excellent Voice English Communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers effectively
- Ability to set expectations and deliver information in a positive and articulate way
- Professional and positive in interactions with others and is able to establish rapport quickly
- This role involves developing strong customer relationships and responsible to resolve queries of the customers via Call/chat within the assigned TAT/SLA
Eligibilty Criteria:
- HSC Passed
- Should be based from Mumbai
