**We are Hiring for Freshers (International Voice Process)

  • TECH MAHINDRA** Looking for someone with Excellent Communication Skills and someone who can join us on immediate basis.

Responsibilities:
-


- Should possess excellent Voice English Communication skills.

  • Ability to handle difficult or irate customers effectively
  • Ability to set expectations and deliver information in a positive and articulate way
  • Professional and positive in interactions with others and is able to establish rapport quickly
  • This role involves developing strong customer relationships and responsible to resolve queries of the customers via Call/chat within the assigned TAT/SLA

Eligibilty Criteria:


  • HSC Passed
  • Should be based from Mumbai
