Description
We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team.


Job duties:


  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
  • Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers through effective communication.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Handle objections and concerns, providing suitable solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously update product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Reply to customer messages on Facebook and Instagram

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns accurately.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Must be proficient in English & Malayalam languages.

Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
