About our group:

Global Talent Agility (GTA) is a team in the Performance, Learning and Development (L, D & P) organization at Seagate.

This group is responsible for democratizing careers of Seagate's employees and to provide agility to our workforce by providing them opportunities to build the skills to achieve business results.

We also aim to ensure that our Seagate has the skills and resources needed to win and grow in the VUCA world.

About the role - you will:

Help manage KPIs for weekly and monthly reports
Maintain GTA Programs websites and related documentation
Prepare SLA reports for support functions
Create /update the test scripts for and participating in UAT for
Participate in regional projects and programs as required
Help with testing of all the integrations and new product releases
Contribute to stakeholder management by helping build weekly and monthly status reports
Test the newly developed reports and dashboards to ensure data is streamlined across all reporting points

About you:

Interest in GTA processes and tools with a desire to learn and grow
Quick learner of new technologies
Ability in building effective relationships
Willingness to work in a fastpaced environment and with multiple priorities
Good communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
Team player, collaborative approach and resourceful
Selfmotivated, targetoriented with good followup skills
Relevant proven experience

Your experience includes:

Experience in technology like IT Software, Cloud and Analytics.
Data analysis and presentation
