About the Role:


As a graphic designer in content writing, your role would involve creating visual assets and designs that complement and enhance written content by our content writer.

You will play a crucial role in creating visually engaging and effective designs that help communicate messages, build brands, and engage audiences.

Your skills in design, software proficiency, collaboration, and creativity will make a valuable asset in our Company at Indusspay.


Responsibilities:


  • Infographics: Create visually appealing infographics that present complex information or data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Visualizing Concepts: Use your design skills to visually represent abstract or conceptual ideas mentioned in the content. This can involve creating illustrations, icons, or diagrams that aid in understanding the written material.
  • Social Media Graphics: Design visually engaging graphics for social media platforms that accompany written content. These graphics can include quotes, tips, statistics, or key points from the content to increase shareability and engagement.
  • Blog Post Featured Images: Create eyecatching featured images or header designs for blog posts that grab readers' attention and encourage them to click and read the full content.

Visual Identity:
Develop visual elements, such as logos, color palettes, and typography, that align with the content brand's identity. Consistency in design helps establish a strong brand presence and recognition.

  • User Experience Design: Consider the user experience when designing content layouts or web pages. Use your design skills to create intuitive navigation, clear visual hierarchy, and readable typography that enhances the overall user experience.
  • Interactive Content: Explore interactive design techniques to create engaging content experiences. This can involve incorporating interactive elements like animations, sliders, or quizzes that enrich the written content.
  • Collaborating with Writers: Work closely with content writers to understand their goals and ideas, and develop visual concepts that complement their written content. Collaboration and effective communication with the writing team are crucial for successful content design.

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and process.
  • Proficiency in industrystandard design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
  • A strong sense of creativity is essential for generating innovative and visually appealing designs. The ability to think outside the box and come up with unique concepts is key.
  • Collaboration with writers, marketers, and other stakeholders is also important to achieve the desired design outcomes.
  • Understanding branding and marketing principles to create designs that align with a brand's identity, target the right audience, and convey the intended message effectively.
  • Good visual design skills like creating illustrations, Icons, etc needed.
