Responsibilities:
-
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:

  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
-
Content Creation and Management:


  • Coordinate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
-
Social Media Management:


  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):


  • Conduct keyword research and implement onpage and offpage SEO strategies to improve website visibility on search engines.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and make datadriven recommendations.

Paid Advertising Campaigns:


  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor budget allocation and provide regular performance reports.

Analytics and Reporting:


  • Use analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Implement new and innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Indepth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving ability.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
