Profile Introduction:
Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract clients for banquets and events.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their event requirements and providing tailored solutions.

Event Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events, including coordination of logistics, catering, and audio-visual requirements.

Quoting and Negotiation: Prepare and present detailed proposals to clients, negotiate terms, and secure contracts for banquet and event bookings.

Networking: Actively engage in networking activities to promote the venue and establish partnerships with event planners, corporations, and other potential clients.

Budget Management: Work within budgetary constraints to maximize profitability while delivering high-quality events.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to make informed decisions.
