We're seeking a future team member for the role of
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join the
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT & ANALYSIS (FM&A) team.

This role is located in
PUNE, MAHARASHTRA - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.
  • Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and offsite.
  • Requires ability to effectively prioritize competing requests. Activities span most administrative areas such as word processing, data entry, scheduling/calendaring, organization, etc.
  • Works directly with team managers to assist with team budgets and expense management
  • Regularly participates in special, adhoc assignments requiring interaction across the team/teams.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Four or more years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong timemanagement skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
