Description
Collection OTCReview and process transaction requests submitted by TOs (Transaction Officers) for further Process. Communicates with the Management to improve or reward employee performance. Manages transactions to ensure the delivery of fast service to the customers according to the TAT.
Maintaining process accuracy and Turn Around Time (TAT) as per company's guidelines and ensuring a reduction in the number of quality issues.
Supervising Customer Service Operations, achieving quality services, and providing First Line.Insurance Claims:
Analyze and prepare insurance claims and documentation as per the procedure. Creates/Analyse Balance sheet of the daily Transactions Bank reconciliation.
Accounting CRL Management Document Verification:
analyze documents collected from the customer Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Recovery. KYC Audit/Verification Accounts Audit Relationship Management International/Domestic Money Transfer
