Job Overview:


Systel Engineering Controls, a leading retailer in pneumatics, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore.

This role requires a blend of accounting expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily accounting tasks including invoice processing, ledger entries, and tracking payments and expenditures.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and statements in compliance with accounting laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Handle tax filings and ensure timely submission of all financial documents.
  • Liaise with other departments to improve financial data management and reporting.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits and assist in the implementation of their recommendations.
  • Provide administrative support to the management when required.
  • Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or relevant role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • High competence in managing multiple financial databases and accounting software.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
