Description
Use computer-aided drafting (CAD) software programs and equipment or a conventional drafting station to create

and modify architectural documents, designs, working drawings, forms, charts and records

  • Analyze current building codes, bylaws and requirements to establish how they affect architectural drawings, and
stay up-to-date on all required and relevant codes

  • Bring together structural, mechanical and electrical designs and create a way or a method of accurately arranging
them to produce building designs that are understandable and feasible

  • Draw detailed and rough scale plans for structures, foundations and buildings based upon preliminary concepts,
sketches, specification sheets, engineering calculations and other provided data

  • Acquire and assemble information needed to finish architectural drawings, visiting job sites when necessary to
gather measurements

  • Draws plans for foundations, buildings, and structures based on instructions provided by the seniors.
  • Should be aware of Elevation, Section & Plans.
  • Coordinate drawings with outside consultants, attend meetings.

Technical & Key Skills:

  • Proficient in Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Lumion and Photoshop.
  • Strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas.
  • Strong design and formgiving skills required
  • Deep Knowledge of Building Services coordination, Meeting management and Project Detailing
  • Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field
  • Proven work experience in the Construction industry as an Architectural Draftsman, Architectural Drafter, or a
similar role

  • Understanding of the industry standards and safety regulations
  • Excellent drafting and mechanical skills
  • Having a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
years of experience in architecture with a strong portfolio to prove artistic skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Great analytical, problemsolving, and communication skil

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
