LOCATION - PUNJABI BAGH, WEST DELHI

JOB DESCRIPTION -

  • As a Performance Marketer in a Pre-School, your primary role is to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive enrollment and engagement for our preschool programs.
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our preschool's visibility and reputation in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote ina school programs.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, monitor social media accounts, and engage with the online community.
  • Analyze performance metrics and use data insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Monitor and stay uptodate with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve the school's online visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Stay informed about child education trends and incorporate relevant insights into marketing strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for content creation and social media engagement.
  • SEO knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
