Roles & Responsibility:
- Interact with Walk in Customer in the branch and help them understand various financial products.
- Cold calling on lead based data.
- Gain more and more business from reference of existing customers.
- Meet potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn incentives.
- 70 to 80 % leads will be given by company but 20 to 30% field work are there.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Maintain decorum of the branch.
- Maintain relations with other staff and generate leads from them.
Salary:
₹26, ₹27,500.00 per month
