A UI UX designer is a professional who identifies new opportunities to create better user experiences. Aesthetically pleasing branding strategies help them effectively reach more customers. They also ensure that the end-to-end journey with their products or services meets desired outcomes.


Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 13+ years of experience.
• Proven experience as a Web and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaign assets and creative designs.
• Bachelor's degree in any stream, visual communication, or a related field.

This Role Requires:

• Proficient in using industrystandard design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and other relevant tools.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
• Strong understanding of marketing and branding principles to create designs that align with business goals and target audience preferences.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Detailoriented mindset with a focus on delivering highquality work within given timelines.
• Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
• Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate on designs accordingly.
• Proactive and selfmotivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.

Salary:
₹300, ₹700,000.00 per year
