Roles and Responsibilities:

Leading and working closely with the editorial team for the upcoming books and campaigns.
Developing a vision for the publication's future and working with staff to implement changes that support this vision
Ensuring all information in articles and stories has been properly factchecked
Timely delivery of highquality content.
Providing suggestions and taking initiatives for new projects.
Hiring and managing freelance authors and editors
Ability to build a positive attitude and team spirit in the team.
Ability to bring out effective output and further improve productivity.
Should have completed postgraduation in related field.
Should be well aware of Competitor Analysis.
Should have solid experience in leading editorial teams in some good publication company.
A strong leader who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be disciplined, organized and with high attention to detail.
A minimum of 810 years of experience.
A person who has handled Children Books, Academic Books/ Test Prep Books.
