Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and passionate Escalation Desk Executives to join our clients team (Broking & Financial Services) in Thane.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer escalations in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide prompt resolution for customer complaints
- Ensure customers receive updated information on their queries
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of their queries
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service in a broking firm or a similar role
- Excellent communication, problemsolving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using MS Office
Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
