Job Title:
Service Advisor for Australian-Based Logistics Process


Location:
Mohali, Punjab


Shift Time:
Required for Night Shift 11.30pm to 8:30am

Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Minimum one year of experience in the Automobile sector
  • Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
Responsibilities Fleet Maintenance

  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining records of services & repairs
  • Cost efficiency
  • Plan, direct, coordinate, and collaborate on all activities.
  • Organize and prioritize critical issues.
  • Answer and redirect phone calls as required.
  • Ensure that automotive work provided to clients meets company quality standards.
  • Invoice and collect payment from clients for services rendered.
  • Handle and resolve clients' complaints regarding services.
  • Maintain client records and enter data into computer databases.

Salary:
₹10, ₹270,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
