Description
Greet and welcome guest as soon as they arrive at the office- Maintain entry register with all required details
- Direct Visitors to appropriate person and office
- Maintenance of visitors register through soft and hard copy.
- To keep the attence record of ielts and spoken students.
- To keep the proper record of all the forms eg.
- Update calender and scheduled meeting.
- Maintain soft copy of petty cash and keep petty cash vouchers properly.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
- Maintain the attendence register.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk
- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
