Party Reference Data (PRD) is a 300-member global operations and data management team with a presence in US, UK, India, and Singapore. We are on a

multi-year transformation journey focused on changing the way the firm defines, creates, maintains and uses party reference data. The target state will satisfy evolving business and regulatory requirements, while improving the client experience and simplifying operations.

PRD captures the array of parties with whom JPMC engages, including clients, issuers, obligors, guarantors, counterparties, exchanges, and beyond. Party reference data is at the heart of every transaction executed by the firm.

Data for legal entity and party-to-party relationships is critical for client onboarding, trade execution, risk management, financial analysis, and regulatory reporting.


Market Onboarding Integration is responsible for

Process Reengineering and adoption associated to the creation, activation and maintenance of new Party roles and relationships as entities are onboarded within JPMC.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:


The successful applicant will identify, assess and document business requirements, partnering with program functional leads and product owners, facilitating multiple projects across globally distributed technology and operations functions to develop and deliver solutions required.


  • Analysis / working group meetings with stakeholders including preparation of meeting materials; Documenting current state, future state process / workflows
  • Transform processes and controls with appropriate operational readiness
  • Partner with technology and operations work streams to develop optimal operating models
  • Contribute to firmwide transformation initiatives by thinking creatively about how party reference data processes can improve the client experience
  • Effectively address any issues that might be escalated by either internal or external customers
  • Proactively highlight potential issues to management
  • Identify root causes, understand connections and implications and evaluate alternatives
  • Make decisions that are effective and wellgrounded based on guidelines, policies, and insights
  • Be flexible to multitask and effectively manage priorities across the wider function

Experience Required:


  • Attention to detail and investigative skills

Key Skills p referred:


  • Product knowledge across CIB Markets, Treasury, Banking and Commercial bank
  • Reference data
  • Client onboarding ; Know Your Customer (KYC)
  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, PowerPoint and Visio skills with ability to create business focused presentations and clear process flows
