About the role:


Education counsellor is an individual contributor role for guiding and selling certifications as well as degree programmes to working professionals.


Responsibilities
:
Responsible for selling courses through outbound, inbound and Online Process.

  • Converting leads into admissions for top IITs, IIMs and Degree colleges.
  • Generating referrals through the existing admissions.
  • Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Responsible for converting any query into admissions.
  • Attending calls daily in order to achieve the allocated targets.
  • Counsel the working professionals related to the suitable courses as per there domain.
  • Excellent written and Verbal communication skills.
  • Creating urgency when required, Rebuttals and counselling skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Active listening
